Returns & Exchanges

1. Cancellation:

   • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
   • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original form of payment.

2. Returns:

   • Our policy lasts 30 days; unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange after this period.
   • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition, and packaging.
   • Additional non-returnable items: Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
   • Please avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
   • Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations.
   • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not our error is non-refundable.
   • Returns more than 7 days after delivery are not accepted.
   • If the return is initiated by the consumer, the shipping fee is their responsibility, based on the chosen express company.
   • If goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

3. Refunds:

   • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you via email.
   • Approval or rejection of your refund will be communicated.
   • Approved refunds will be processed within a specified timeframe.
   • Late or missing refunds: Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank.

4. Sale Items:

   • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges:

   • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
   • Notify us about a damaged or defective product within 72 hours of its arrival at support@dukaikj.shop.

   • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
   • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
