  1. Cancellation:

    • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original form of payment.

    • Our policy lasts 30 days; unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange after this period.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition, and packaging.
    • Additional non-returnable items: Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
    • Please avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
    • Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations.
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not our error is non-refundable.
    • Returns more than 7 days after delivery are not accepted.
    • If the return is initiated by the consumer, the shipping fee is their responsibility, based on the chosen express company.
    • If goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
